I can’t think of a more wonderful way to spend Thanksgiving, or any holiday, then on the Seine sharing a vegan meal. This could easily erase five years of struggle (and I’m only vegetarian) to find truly sympathetic company in Paris. So many lovely vegetables and fruits in the markets – why can’t they be as lovingly prepared as…???
Are reservations required? I would like to bring myself and two guests.
Truly thankful,
Joetta
